I am right there with you, day one and I did not tolerate the shakes well, what I did get down made me feel sick! Any tips will help! Thank goodness for isopure, only protein I got in today! -
Pre-Op Liquid Diet -- SO hungry!

I just finished day one of a 7 day pre op diet, and I have to say I'm worried! I did not tolerate the protein shakes well at all, felt sick all day. As soon as it would start to pass I would try to get some more in and it would start all over again! Anyone else having this type of issue? Does it subside? I'm determined to make this! -
