  1. I'm March 17th, this Tuesday!! So excited!! I'm so proud to of everyone and their progress, great examples! Keep up the great work!
  2. My surgeon is dr. Joseph McPhee in Lancaster PA. Surgery is in two days!! Have been very pleased with the level of care so far!

  5. I am right there with you, day one and I did not tolerate the shakes well, what I did get down made me feel sick! Any tips will help! Thank goodness for isopure, only protein I got in today!
  6. I just finished day one of a 7 day pre op diet, and I have to say I'm worried! I did not tolerate the protein shakes well at all, felt sick all day. As soon as it would start to pass I would try to get some more in and it would start all over again! Anyone else having this type of issue? Does it subside? I'm determined to make this!
