    Hi Everyone, I noticed these are old ..question I had the sleeve done in 2015 I am trying to get a revision done to bypass I had an endoscopy and I have ulcerations and hiatal hernia in which the surgeon said he can do both will Cigna cover this? if not I want to pay for it myself do they do plans?
