  1. Congrats! It's the best feeling!! I'm 4 weeks out and cried the first time one of my shirts fit again (hadn't worn it in over a year!) I'm now finding that I need to buy smaller clothes- I think that's going to be even more exciting!! ???? good luck!
  2. I too struggle with this. I've learned to set a timer on my phone and I cut my food into 4 "portions" on my plate. I'm still on stage 2/3 with mushy foods and full liquids so it's super hard! But I give myself 5 minutes for each "portion". I also use baby utensils and saucers to eat so it looks like a lot more than it is! I've even learned how to make a string cheese last 20 minutes!!
