Hi I did a Medical Weight Management plan for 6 months to help change my habits & lost 45 pounds without breaking a sweat or starving. I had to eat 1200 calories per day, Log everything I ate & meet Protein & carbohydrate goals everyday. It helped so much. Good luck! -

I've been stalking for at least two months. This is a Wonderful Place. I too finishing my 6 month doctor supervised diet and the waiting really is hard but trying to save my life makes ALL of this easier - most of the time...lol -
