  2. I was sleeved 1/28 of this year and have been hungry ever since! My NUT says I am one of her few patients that have been like this. The only time I am not hungry is right after I have eaten and still have the "full" feeling. I'm not saying I eat all the time, but I could! I have not let it slow down my weight loss but it has been another difficult thing to deal with. You are not alone.
  3. Yay! Very happy for you! For me, surgery was the easy part. It was the week after that can be a bit tough at times.

  5. I feel SO MUCH better! I think it's been so long since I have lost weight that I had forgotten how good it feels to be a smaller size. How is it going on all of your approvals?

  7. I'm down 30 lbs. since surgery. I never had to go on a preop diet, so all of my weight loss has been post op. Yes, the snow has been a serious pain! Glad it's finally getting to be Spring now. Hopefully your process will go much faster than mine.

  10. Good luck to you! Dr. Foreman did my surgery Jan 28th.
  11. @@VGB That's what I did.. I took "vacation" with no problems going back after a week other than fatigue and some minor back pain. I would say it really does depend on your job though. I really didn't want people at my work knowing what was going on, so a short vacation was all I could get away with and still be believable.

  13. I was sleeved last Wednesday and returned to work this Tuesday. (So I was off 6 days) I have a mentally draining desk job as well. It's totally doable, I am just really drained at the end of the day. I had the same back pains on that first day back too. Good luck for the rest of the week!
