  8. I am 11 days out and i am about to go crazy with these creamy soups and shakes. I feel like if i eat just one buffalo chicken wing it will take the edge off. I know this is just a mind game but i really feel hungry. Any suggestions. I still have another week or so to go on these creamy soups. Help!!!

  10. As i have read, it really depends on your doctor. Good luck either way.
  11. I had my surgery on January 26th and my pre-op diet was hard cause i was thinking about all the food, i love and that i would not be able to eat for a while. I did two protein shakes a day and had one of my favorite meals. Some people today me i should have done better and soon and so on but to my surprise i lost 6lbs in that week. I am 9 days out and 15lbs down as of yesterday. Make the protein work because this is what you will struggle with after surgery. Find something u like. The Premeir Protein shakes from Sams are great and have 30 grams in each serving. Good luck.
  12. Yes i have the same feeling. It almost feel like i had a baby that was kicking ke, lol.

  14. Any suggestions to soups that others have found to work better in your 2 and 3 weeks?
  15. To be honest, it only gets better with time. My first week was rough too but i made it. I was sleeved last monday. Keep taking the gas-x strips and just take in as much liquid as you can dont force it.

  19. Hello i had my sleeve done on January 26, 2015. Starting weight 295 day 7 down to 280. Good start but i have a long way to go.
  20. I was total put under and did not have any other option. I did not have any problems afterwards either, but a little sleepy.
  21. Can someone tell me how important or relevant the pre-op diet is? I meet with my surgeon on last week and my surgery is scheduled for this coming week. I have not followed the pre-op diet so I am concerned that it may prevent me from having the procedure. Any helpful hints or suggestions.
