  1. Hey I'm more than one year post op and STILL suffering from the same shoulder pain That I had immed after surgery. Any advice on treating symptoms?. I'm hoping I'm not alone with this but the pain is so debilitating that it wakes me from sleep. When I take a deep breathe the pain becomes even sharper/more severe. I have taken 7 gas ex (combo of melt away tabs and chewables today so far). I have been unable to find relief. I'm hoping that someone here has a suggestion to treat this ongoing problem

  3. Hi! The pain really does start to subside. I am one month out and still get gas pains in my shoulder after eating or when I lay down for the night. The gas x does help along with melatonin to fall asleep but I'm wondering if this is just the new normal or still the healing process. It is definitely better than it was 2 weeks ago. Some ppl have the shoulder/gas pains subside much earlier but everyone is different. On the bright side.... I haven't had any food yet that I couldn't tolerate I have only had my first tightening but so far so good!!! Good luck and keep me posted
  4. Would not have done it if I couldn't have my caffeine

  6. The packet I received from the surgeons office last night at my first post op visit indicates that the band tightens when in flight and during your time of the month
  7. Banded bunny... I'm so sorry ! Where did you have surgery? Maybe it is time to try another practice ?
  8. 12 days post op And starving !
  9. Ughhhh I'm 12 days post up w horribly uncomfortable shoulder pain. Sitting in the waiting room now waiting for my first post op visit. The post op pamphlet provided indicates that this pain was supposed to subside by day 7! And I'm starving!!!!
