I didn't have any nausea or vomiting. I took an anti-nausea pill 3 hours bf surgery (prescribed) and had a nausea patch behind my ear the first 3 days. Also, dissolvable Zofran was prescribed in case I needed it, which I didn't. The trapped gas was BAD. Gas X strips, walking, heating pad, and having someone burp you like a baby but harder where the has pain is.

Unjury chicken broth is my lunch and dinner right now. You add it to 8oz of water and it's 25g of protein.

I had surgery yesterday and the trapped gas pains are awful. I didn't meet my protein or water goals for today. I felt too full.

Mine is on Wednesday. I've Brenn on the pre-op diet for 9 days. I've lost 13lbs so far.
