  3. I loved water pre surgery, but since surgery it does not settle on my stomach. I've mixed it with all kinds of crystal lights, sugar free powders, etc my stomach goes crazy gurgguling constantly....
  4. I know what you mean getting my protein in has been very challenging. I've only did it a few times....choking down two protein shakes per day. On top of that I've been battling the flu bug, my entire family has had it bad. I'm also battling getting my liquid req in. I always drank water pre surgery, but now it totally upsets my stomach. Any suggestions would be appreciated
  5. I'm just a little over 3weeks post op(Dec.15) and reading all your post are very helpful. I too am having problems getting my protein in because I can't stand the taste. I will try some your suggestions. Thanks
