I know I should be, but I am just not stressing on meeting protein goals. When I do my calorie intake is higher. It seems like everyone given such different protein ranges.

Preparing myself to multiple post again????. How fun to recover and vacation at the same time! When do you head back? And 25 pounds down? That's awesome!! I'm day 13 post op down 14. I've been slow to advance my diet. Still mostly liquid. So tired of soup ????

Yes I'm now 10 days out and only fighting "head hunger". I now truly understand what that means. I have not really had any physical hunger yet. I really hope it stays that way!! Today is my first post op. I'm down 13 pounds.

Thank you! My surgery was yesterday. Feeling so much better than I expected I would! And not hungry!!

Well my surgery was yesterday. It went very smoothly. I laid around a bit when I got home. Today I'm more up and at em. Just need to sit down. I've had some Gatorade, a Popsicle and an Ensure Clear since yesterday and do not feel hungry!
