  1. Water makes me nauseous if I drink it too fast. I was sleeves on 12/8/14 and didn't have trouble with the water until last week. If I slow down and sip really slow I am fine.
  2. I live in Zanesville but work in Lancaster. I would be interested in a support group. I had my surgery Dec 9 with Dr. Custer.
  3. At week 4 I can have cereal as long as it let it get mushy in milk. I can't stand mushy cereal so I won't be trying it but it is allowed in my plan.
  4. My Nut says I can't count tea as water intake. I can count Crystal Light but not decaf tea and she cannot give me a good reason. I hate Crystal Light and I am also having trouble getting in my water. Can't count Gatorade or other liquid except pure water.
  5. I am only 4 weeks out and have only gone out to eat once and just had soup. My daughter had surgery a year ago and she and her husband go out to eat a lot. She orders something she knows she will eat leftover and has lunch for several days after.
