  1. I was just like you last month.....I stayed the exact same for 10 days around the three week mark. I researched it and found out it has something to do with glycogen and your body adjusting to the new eating/metabolism and basically saying WTH itself. I'm happy to report that it's now a month later, and I have lost another 10 lbs since the stall. It was driving me crazy, and my nurse suggested I put the scale away and get it out just once a week. (I do it twice) That helped, too. Hang in there.
  2. I also look forward to mine- sugar free caramel ones from COSTCO....
  3. I take 11 pills each morning, and have not had to crush or halve any of them once I got to one month out. Some of them are big supplement pills, and I was worried about it, but it hasn't been a problem at all.
  4. I had mine right before winter break, so I was off 3 weeks. I think I would have been able to go back after 2 weeks. Plan on doing nothing else, as you will be exhausted. I'm about six weeks out now, and feel like I am starting to have somewhat more energy....I started exercising this week and it felt great.
  5. I was sleeved the 15 of Dec., so I'm right there with you. I've also been emotional, and am guessing it has to do with the surgery. One thing that's helped me is to have really tasty Soup 'creamed' by pureeing soup and adding some creamed soup to it. I sip about 4 ounces and that really is helping.
