  5. I've fallen off the wagon... too hard to get back up on my own so I'm back on here. 8 months after surgery I was at my lowest, down 64.4 pounds at 185.6 on 9/15/15. Now a year later, today, I've regained 27.4 pounds so that puts me at post op 1 year and 8 months down 37 pounds. I know where I went wrong, I've got excuses but I won't bore you with them here. Have any of you done this and successfully gotten back on the wagon and are on your way toward your goal again? I need some, "me too, but it's possible to turn it back around" and what worked for you. TIA Sent from my Android using the BariatricPal App Sent from my Android using the BariatricPal App

  14. I'm 2 weeks out today. 15.6lb down since surgery and 22nd loss total since preop. I don't know about you, but I'm ready for real food! !! Just 1 more week of liquids. ..
  15. Please introduce yourselves and tell us where you are at in your journey!!!

  17. Anyone else HATE the unflavored protein powder?
  18. I'm supposed to eat 4-6oz every 2 hours. It takes me an hour to eat. So I feel like I'm eating all the time, and I'm full all day.
  19. I'm exactly the same. My surgery was on the same day. I have to do full liquids for 3 weeks. I'm down 15lbs already! I'm not counting my protein yet, I just couldn't handle it, so my Dr said to just focus on the liquids for now.... I think I could go all day with no food or water, not hungry at all. I have to make myself drink. And I'm only getting in 30-35 oz/day right now. But it's increasing everyday.
  20. My dr. has me on full liquids for 3 weeks.
  21. I asked myself the same thing the day after surgery. ... but now I'm almost 1 week out and I feel good and i have lost 15lbs since surgety!
  22. The day of surgery wasn't so bad, but the first day post op I has a very hard time with any fluids. A lot of pain, but today is a little better. I can't wait to start feeling like myself again!!
  23. My pain wasn't as bad the day of surgery as it was the first day after. The pain was almost unbearable. I'm not able to get any protein in at all. But Dr says just to focus on fluid for now, and to try protein again tomorrow.
  24. I'm checking in for surgery. Wish me luck!
  25. I'm here checking in!!! Well trying to, no one is here yet!!!
