  1. Dropped about 10 # prior to surgery then another 20 in two weeks post surgery. Now, for the past 5 days there has been no change at all. Is it unusual for a plateau to hit this early? I'm back to swimming 5 days/week so maybe I'm regaining muscle? Yesterday I started measuring chest and waist to monitor changes there. Is it possible to eat too much? I'm on solid food but consists of things like a Protein bar, egg, chicken breast, small steak, cottage cheese, etc. Not all in one day of course. Point is that I'm eating the right foods.
  2. Mine will happen sometime in the first two weeks of April.
  3. I'm going to a pre-surgery seminar this week in Vegas. Looks like you have had a good experinece, Yoda. Care to share? Bob
  4. This is my first time on this forum so interesting to see that Umbach is discussed here. I go to one of his pre-surgery seminars this week to find out more info but have been doing a lot of research on my own. I'm continually confounded how people can gain weight with a new 9oz stomach if they aren't very careful about what they eat. It seems that if I ate what is described in post op, I'd lose weight like crazy even w/o surgery... Bob
