    I had my surgery on 1/28 too!! I have only lost 14 pounds!! Can't wait to get the green zone!!

    I had surgery on the 28th and I had to try to separate HEAD hunger from REAL hunger. It has been seven days and I am still struggling with it. So my advice : drink some water (SLOWLY) and if in 20 minutes you are still hungry , go for it! Then call or email your nut for help.

    My surgurey is tomorrow and I am having the same type of anxiety. I am afraid of some snafu with the annethesia ... or something strange like that happening. This is my last day at work and I am super excited and scared. Lets keep in touch CC .... I will share my post op experiences with you
