  11. Hi everyone.. Sorry for the late reply. Been awfully busy. Sure appreciate you guys buddy-ing up with me. I am due for another session with my dietician on 19 Jan... but I have been told to be on Optimist 2 weeks prior to surgery. Having said that I was told to be on Optifast for a meal daily and slowly to 2 meals a day 2 days a week. Initially it was quite ok to follow this but lately I noticed i get hungrier.... Its like I HAVE to eat something... be it a piece of cracker or a slice of fruit to stave the hunger.. Anyone experience that? Its weird. Takes a lot of self control less i eat a whole cow...

  20. I am due on 2 Feb 2015. The date has been changed several times but its finally set!!! Cant get to get on with my life again.
  21. I am due for surgery early February. WLS surgery actually reduces sleep apnea or cures it completely! The sleep specialist have advised to use the CPAP machine 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after! That's it. It doesn't complicate the surgery. They would not recommend me to buy the machine even. Just rent it for the period needed and I am done! Hope this helps allay your anxiety.
