  1. Don't be discouraged! I had surgery Dec 2 and after losing 30lbs I hit a stall at 4 weeks and just now lost a few pounds this past week. My dr said the same thing...not enough protein and more exercise. I started an extra protein shake a day and I think that's what helped!
  2. I think the calcium citrate is in the BariLife as well. The nutritionist told me to take BariLife along with my weekly B12 spray and thats all I would need!
  3. The BariLife powder cost around $45 but it will last 60 days. I don't really know how it tastes on it's own bc each time I've used it I mix it with my chocolate protein powder. You can put it in any liquid, but you have to drink it fast bc the iron will all settle in the bottom if it sits.
  4. I recently found a bariatric vitamin and supplement powder at my local nutrition store. Its called BariLife. It's one small scoop a day and gives you everything you need. I put it into my 4oz of protein drink and just toss it back as fast as I can. I was having a hard time getting all the pills I needed down so this has been a life saver! Hope you feel better soon!
  5. I have noticed a change in my clothes. Put on a pair of jeans I haven't worn in 2 years! That being said, I would LOVE to see that scale go down...at least a little! I saw the nurse today and she said the stall was normal, but she suspects mine is due to not getting enough Protein. I knew she would say that, lol. I am going to do much better from today on bc she said just getting in 30g more of protein a day will help me see the scale go down. Thanks for the encouragement!
  6. I had my sleeve done by Dr Nicholson and Dr Carlton on Dec 2 and I'm having a stall in my weight loss. I haven't lost anything in 12 days. Has anyone else experienced this?? I am getting between 6-800 calories a day, drinking plenty of fluids, and have really tried to get all my protein in.
  7. I got my sleeve Dec 2nd in Dallas and am struggling a bit with my first stall. I haven't lost any weight in 12 days. Anyone else having a similar issue??
  8. I was December 2 in Dallas!
