  28. Surgery was February 16th got postponed in January due to illness. All is going well, not losing as quick as expected but getting 60~80 grams of protein and drinking 64~90 ounces of water a day. Looking for a good. "unflavored" protein powder. All ideas will help...

  30. Progress is a whole lot slower than expected, weight wise. I'm down 20 since surgery on the 16th, down 47 since November 1st when I started my pre surgery diet. Other than that I'm healing very well all incisions are pretty well closed and glue fallen off. My blood pressure is down and I'm off my water pills, also off all diabetes medications. Have soo much more energy and my lung capacity is increasing every day. Getting in my protein and my water almost every day as well. Loving Premiere protein chocolate with 30 grams of protein in each drink.
  31. I sip virgin bloody Mary when out....
  32. Day 16 post op, threw up for the first time today...liquid Tylenol didn't agree with me this morning. Been on liquids since pouch not happy! The stall is real as well...been at 18 lbs Lost for 4 days, kind of upsetting but I keep on keeping on.
