Hey I'm Val and someone reached out to me on twitter they saw my post on twitter and ask me if i would consider telling my story on bariatricpal.com. And i reply back and said sure i would be glad to if I can help someone out anyway i can. Inspire n motivate them im down. I have a Facebook page i started called Obesity/Weight Loss i would love for you to check it out. Its very helpful i have information bout several things dealing with weight n obesity i know its alot of people that struggle with obesity and weight loss cause i did for year but once i change my mindset n said i have to make a change for the better with my body. So i reach out to my primary dr and said im ready to do this i have to do this i want to be healthy and in shape and i have to get off some of this medicine. I was on about 7 different pills a day i was tired. So i had the surgery and today is my 1 yr Anniversary and when i had my surgery i was weighing 404lbs know i weigh 312lbs my goal weight i want to loose is 150 lbs. I lost a total of 92lbs i have 58lbs to go til i reach my goal n i know i will accomplish i am determine!
