    I am 5 months post op and I was wondering how everyone is doing? What do you do to stay positive during the dreaded (but normal) weight stalls? I am very happy with my progress this far Hw 264, sw: 243, cw: 173.4

    Mine was when my son hugged me yesterday and said "look mom!!! My arms fit around your tummy!!!" His hands overlap and he could reach all the way around me. That made my year!!!

    Thanks susan909 I found drinking from a water bottle doesn't cause as much discomfort or gas as drinking from a cup so I have been able to really increase fluids today

    I had my sleeve done 12/18!!! Now I'm just trying to focus on protien and fluid intake. It's a bit overwhelming. It's hard when I'm not hungry at all!

    @@dropdeadweightdiva When I was pregnant with my son I couldn't find a prenatal Vitamin that didn't make me sick. My ob told me two Flinstones complete with Iron were equivalent to a prenatal vitamin! And they don't make me sick!!! Check with your doc...maybe that could be an easier alternative.
