If you had your surgery done in New Orleans who did your surgery?

???????????? everybody. .... today I recieved a phone call and i'am scheduled to sign my consent forms with the surgeon on Thursday of next week???? how long does it take to schedule the surgery after the consent forms are signed?

Good Afternnon. I called the insurance company and I recieved an approval date for April 28:))))...... I was hoping for March. Is this a date that the insurance company approved or did the doctor's office pick the date?
