What did you eat/drink during your second week post op after the gastric sleeve?

My surgery lasted for about an hour and a half!

I'm 2 days post op. My surgery went well...each day is getting better....I'm still having gas pains and nausea but it's not that bad...good luck ladies????

I'm getting sleeved today ! I'm excited and nervous but once I get that happy medicine I'll be just fine lol....I'm looking forward to my weight loss journey and I'm ready for the challenges that are ahead???? I'm going get ready to head to the hospital. My next post will be I'm sleeved or I'm on the losers bench????????????????

Today is my big day???? I'm nervous and excited all at the same time. I have to be at the hospital for 10 am keep me in your prayers???????????????? I'm praying for everyone having surgery today???? I pray we have a speedy recovery!

I have a pre op appointment on 4/15 what happens at your pre op appointment?

I recieved a call from my Dr.'s office surgery is scheduled for April 22???????? I can't wait I'm so excited????????????

Yes lol....I only have to do clear liquids the day before surgery but I plan on doing more than that. ....I'm currently waiting on a date.

I only had one appointment with my surgeon and three nurse practitioner visits. I signed consent forms. I'm waiting for the hosp to call with a date.

I just met with my surgeon and signed my consent forms....Well I must say he is really a nice guy. He was very informative and confident......I asked about leaks and he said "THERE WILL BE NO LEAKS I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 15 YEARS I HAVE DONE 1000'S OF SLEEVES" I was like oh okay lol....I must say my mind is at ease he is a very EXPERIENCED MD???????????? I'M READY LET'S GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD????????????????

My insurance company already gave approval for me to have the surgery.. then I recieved a call with an appointment to meet the surgeon, sign consent forms, and pay my Co pay for the surgery. blessedx2 This is consent for surgery. blessedx2

I have an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow to sign consent forms. ....what usually happen at this appointment? Will I get my surgery date?
