My Gastric Roux En Y was in October of 2010. I lost 115 pounds. Then i moved from california to utah to get married. I was 153 pounds when i married. then slowly creeped on 23 pounds. I will be 54 years this december. I have had so much stress. my husband is wonderful. I have even went on depression medicine for a while and then gained some from that.. so i took myself off. i am battleing carbs going through menopause,and am naughty on my exercise. I guess i was spoiled how easy it was at first. my nightmare is to gain it back. please are there any motivational hypnosis tapes or something out there to blast me with motivation???? Please help me with what vitamins to take and how much. ive lost my way.
