Hello all,  I am anxiously awaiting my surgery on Dec. 15th.  I didn't want to go this route but after numerous attempts at weight loss without much success and having gained even MORE weight and starting to really feel the affects of being overweight I am committed to doing this.  The lifestyle changes will be good for me.  I know it won't be easy but I am going to work at this!  I came here for advice and info on what to expect in the upcoming weeks and months.
