  4. I have only lost 5 lbs total. My only cheating was vodka and wine. Becoming very depressed my town was hit with a F3 tornado the day after my surgery. We were blessed our home was spared, but many of my neighbors have lost their homes. My disappointment about my weight is trivial in consideration of all that weren't as lucky. We lost 2 lives. One of whom cut my sons hair, very sweet girl. Please pray for my hometown, and the families who lost loved ones. And give me the strength to pass on the alcohol during this very stressful time. I'm feeling like a huge loser, only losing 5lbs. I need to see some more weight lose to boost my spirits.
  5. Surgery date is the 22nd. I have only lost 5 lbs and weigh in is 19th. I have a bmi of 31 with high blood pressure. So I barley qualify for surgery.I know I will not be able to lose the weight without surgery. I have had 4 major back surgeries, and exercising is painful. So are you guy's that have had this surgery happy with results??
  6. Hi I went to schedule lap band surgery. At 5'6" and 194 lbs my BmI just did qualify my for surgery. I am unable to work out due to 4 previous back surgerys with two rods in my back. I also have high BP. I want the surgery, but my kids are against it. I still have the phscologist in Dec. What words of wisdom do you have for me.
