  1. I was 298 before surgery, I am down 103 lbs total but I have gained 7lbs back... I fluctuate between 7-10 lbs . I joined this sight to get some support the ought others because although I really haven't gained weight I find myself feeling heavier and very fearful of gaining my weight back????

  3. Yes!! I will do that!! I was reading online something called a stomach reset ... Sorta similar to a 7 day cleanse ... First day liquid next to soft with a lot of protein shakes as meal supplements like when we first had surgery maybe I will do that!! Thanks again!

  5. So it has been 2 years and I am down 103 lbs since my surgery.... I feel as though I have reached my plateau.. But getting frustrated because while the scale says I have not gained weight I feel like I have.... Anyone else experiencing this..??
