  9. Lol I know tomorrow im done eating just whatever. I've been dieting for 3 months now and I've been doing so well and all the sudde. Ik im going to have surgery and I freak and eat everything in site. I stopped eating red meats! And limited myself with pastas!!! And I was working out and I actually went from 247-220 which is where I get stuck at. I believe I lost the weight because I had recently gave birth. But 220is my regular weight. I am so happy to get under that! I used to be until I had children so its been 6 years but I've always been big. Like in the 180 range in highschool. Its going to be great when u get under that !

  13. Oh ty so much! That really helps! !!! Your right! Its so funny though because everyone that knows about my upcoming surgery continues to say I wont be able to eat what I do now! And almost everyone on here talks about still eating the things they used to just not like they used to! And it does relieve me a little lol.
  14. I think ill only miss Pasta. I love my mac and cheese Alfredo noodles lol. But ik its all worth it in the end!
  15. Lol I love how you worded that! I've had people tell me oh no dont do it you cant eat this and that and blah blah. And I just shrug. They dont even know that yes I will be able to eat what they do just littler portions. And smaller bites.
  16. Ty (: I agree. I also want to have a very safe surgery! Ill def keep posting. I'm so ready for this change! I have been big m whole life. Never had any medical problems so I'm lucky in that sense but I loathe being so unhappy with myself. I looked into surgery for a couple years before I even went to see the doc. And then I got pregnant and after I had the baby I went back right away! And that's how I got approved for surgery because right after I had him my bmi was over 40 but before it was 38 so I was almost there anyways. I'm scared in some ways and ik its going to take time to adjust but I feel it's a great choice to a better life
  17. Lol idk how I will do with the diet. Did anyone cheat? Ik if its that important to me I can do it. I will pray all the way through it!!!! God will help me! Hes got my back (:
  18. I too have no comorbidities I just barley met the standards. But I'm still eating healthy but like ive been eating the stuff I bake for the kids and husband when I usually dont. Ik my last meal will be pretty greasy haha just have to decide between fried chicken or pizza!!!!!
  19. I start my pre op diet on the 25th!!! How many of you shoved food down knowing you wouldn't be able to for awhile? Lol because I'm considering it but nervous because I dont want to gain weight back that I've lost due to having to for insurance.
