  1. I had surgery Nov. 6th and am back to work Wednesday the 19th. I am an elementary school secretary and can't wait to get back. My only restriction is lifting/pushing/ pulling. Will probably need a nap everyday but I'm excited about going back! I have had no complications, and I was a lap-band revision with scar tissue grown around it.
  2. AmyC65- I agree with you totally. I don't necessarily have a weight/size in mind, just several small victories. Being able to buy a t-shirt in a normal store is top of the list. Of course, I started this journey at a 4x and am only 11 days post op. I haven't weighed myself since pre-op but I can't wait to feel better and be able to buy clothes at a normal store and not a specialty store!
  3. Thank you guys very much. Most of my calories are still coming from my shakes, it just seems (in my head) like this can't possibly be enough.
  4. I am 8 days post-op today and am still on the liquid diet. I have been tracking all my intake, and I am lucky to get 400 calories a day. Is this normal? If not, any suggestions? Thanks!
  5. I am 3 days post-op and was wondering if I was ever going to get more than 3 hours continuous sleep again. How long did it take for you to get a full night?
