  1. I got it at our local grocery store for $5. But I've heard it's also sold at Walmart and target. You just mix it with water and it turns into peanut butter. And just use it as you would normal peanut butter. I just get it today and mixed it in a bowl to try it. So I haven't done anything interesting with it yet.
  2. Gave this a shot today! It was tasty!! It's a keeper! And the nutritional facts are very impressive!

  14. Wow James that is rough. How far out of post op are you?? I don't feel hungry anymore either. Which makes me to forget to eat.

  16. Ive been looking at bariatric recipes and have noticed a lot of people replace bread and carbs with won ton wrappers. I've seen them used for tacos, sandwiches and other things. Has anyone tried it! They literally have nothing in them and it's 50 calories for 3 and let's face it, we can hardly eat three of anything. Lol. Pretty much just have only Protein.

  18. So sounds like every two hours is the key to keeping up with all the protein and fluids. Noted! Thanks!! I just don't get hungry anymore. And if I'm not feeling hungry, I don't eat or think about eating. Which is bad. I know. Lol.
  19. Oh! That's good to know!!! Thanks!!! You all have been sooooo helpful!
  20. Yeah I'm actually about the same as you. I can do a little more with soupy stuff.
  21. I'm on 1/4 cup of food per meal.
