  1. I was banded on 11/13/07 and have lost a total of 45 lbs, 25 since the surgery. I also have PCOS, which has always made it hard for me to loose weight in the past. But I think that if you eat right and get even alittle bit of daily exercise you will loose weight once you are banded. Best of luck.
  2. Hello...I am excited and a little nervous about my Lap Band surgery. I am scheduled for surgery on 11/13/07. My surgeon is great and I have been comforted with all the information he has provided. I seriously thought this day would never come...I have been preparing since July for this surgery. My doc required a psych test, sleep study, and pre surgery diet...so needless to say I am glad all of that is behind me and now I can try and believe that this surgery is going to happen. Anyways....I am trying to compile a shopping list for my post op diet. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.
