  1. I feel the same way to Nigella. I've never been sick so I don't even have a family doctor. Seriously, I had perfect attendance all through school. I keep feeling like why am I going to cut my body open and ask for problems when I have never even had to go to the doctor for a cold. I'm so scared there will be complicatons forcing me to make doctor visits that I don't even do now.
  2. Hey Ya'll, I'm new, still researching and found this wonderful website. I'm curious about dehydration after workouts. For example, can you still go for a 3 mile run or take a grueling one hour spinning class? With all that sweating and intake restrictions, you won't be able to inhale Water for replenisment correct?
