  1. My dietitian said that I should begin taking 1000 mg of Calcium Citrate daily since it is recommended following my bariatric procedure. The pills should be split into 2 500 mg doses.
  2. I am a shy person naturally, I admit that. I could have made friends in high school if I wasn't so ashamed of me weighing over 200 pounds. To me the only way I will ever be confident to get a life and make friends is if I lose all my weight and get to a lean and fit size.
  3. These are some great eating behavior modifications I can use. I am currently a fast eater. It literally takes about 10 minutes for me to finish a big plate full of food. My family always tells me to slow down and take my time but I never do. I am going to need to start now.
