  2. Hi. I just had my RNY on Monday of this week. In recovery and the next day, I had unbearable back spasms. My surgeon said that it was from the hiatal hernia repair. They were finally able to get it under control with different pain meds. It was much better Wed. I hope you are able to get relief soon!
  3. I haven't thought of taking Biotin before. That sounds like a good idea. I have a few samples of chewable vitatmins and a liquid one. I was going to wait till after surgery to take them.
