At my heaviest. We were in Mexico on Vacation. -
You have to push yourself. You can do it. I started walking 4 hrs after my sergery. I was out of the hospital the following day. I pushed myself to walk and I had a speedy recovery. The more you walk the beter you will feel. Good luck! Stay positive. =)

Guys I have a question... I had my sergery on December 23. im about 2 weeks 1 day in with my sleeve. I see that im gaining weight! I was at 245 when i came home from the hospital and now im at 259. I just started eating soft foods. What am i doing wrong? -

I feel great and returned to work today! I work in an office so its light duty. I also want to share I have lost a total of 42 lbs since my wight loss journey started! Yay Me!!!!!! -

I passed gas and burped all day yesterday. But i walked 1 mile a day after surgery.
