    Hi.... I got banded on 6th Oct.... I started at 111.80 kilos and today am on liquids but amazingly am down to 104 kilos.... I think following the dietician strictly helps....

    I am 7 days post op.... I could sleep on my stomach after 3 days of op... I feel the 5th and the 6th days were the worst.... I am so much settled now that I have decided to go back to work 8th day onwards....

    Kitt - yeah I got the band placed by a laparoscopy and robotic surgeon who tops the list here in India .... I am already feeling almost settled now 7 days after my surgery.... I have been told to visit him after 7-9 days of surgery.... Let's see how that goes... Have lost like 6.50 KGS in 7 days straight post op..... Cheers

    Kitt not taking pain meds, yes resting no packs hot or cold.... Liquid to sip yes a lot.... No fever no ozzing
