  1. Candy8360, I was banded Oct. 20th, 2008. I have finally felt some restriction. This is soooo encouraging.
  2. I just found this thread and am so glad to have come across it. I am a Christian and have been saved since Dec. 10, 1978. I was so blessed to be able to have the lap band done, I thank God every day. I,ve only lost 28lbs. but I have faith that more weight loss will come. I had it done in Oct. but just had my first fill this month Jan. I had my surgery done in Mexico and was able to pay for my daughter to have it done with me, because it cost so much less over there. God is just good that way. We had to search for months for a doctor hear to do our fills. God Bless You , for starting this thread.
  3. I don't know how to navagate around in these forums, but did you send this message to me? Gayle (Holy Cow)
  4. Sounds like you are eating the wrong things. We are not to eat regular high carb foods like rice. They told me,only once in a while, then remember you did it and start back to low carb. I've only been banded 5 weeks and I feel hungry alot but I know carbs are out .
