  1. I get the same thing 8n my right thigh, I have a disc bulge in my lumbar spine, Ive found lying on my side helps. I think tight after surgery it was bad cause I didnt kove around much.
  2. I was sleeved 12/01 and hit the same stall. Ive lost 30 lbs since surg and Im stuck.
  3. Dont freak out, Im 3 months post op and its not that bad. My doc asked me to take 2 multi chewables in the am and 2 in the pm. I choose to take biotin twice a day. I also use Redkens new Exreme that has biotin in it. I also take a calcium chewable, tastes like a treat to me. I take it sometime during the day not with vitamin. I also never took anything prior to surgery. This 15-20 pills a day is ridiculous. Dont let it freak you out. And....Good Luck its the best decision youll ever make.
  4. Can you say Munchies...... Everyone has their own opinion, I however struggle with munchies too much, and its not munchies for carrot sticks. Lol

  8. I take quite a few myself, zi just told my Psych a couple days That I want to be sure to keep close contact in case my meds need adjusted post surgery because I'm stable Now, but living drug free is definetly a dream come true if it did happen post surgery.

  11. Those of you on seroquel, did you skip a dose or just break it in two?? That's my biggest pill I take it at night and can't cold turkey it. Can I take it right after surgery? I'm scheduled for Dec 2 and my meds are my biggest worry cause I'm stable.

  13. My surgery date is Dec 1st and feel the same. I've wanted this so bad and now that's its almost here I'm really scared. I know its the best for my health, and it will be worth it. Just scared of the first couple weeks after surgery.
  14. I have UHC and mine required the 6 mos. But.....My tentative surgery date is Dec 1st. Soooooo excited and scared.
  15. I would love to. I'm 43 and it would freak my teens out to see me with more friends. LOL. I'm @mrigirl
  16. My 6th and last medical supervised weigh in is Nov 14th. I also have UHC. They tell me not to worry but I can't help but but wait for that denial to come. I've lost 25lbs so far and hope for a Dec surg. Date its so hard not knowing. ;(
