  3. That's awesome! I wish I had to only do 3 days! I'm hoping I don't become a mega beast that week hahaha
  4. I just have to do liquids the week before surgery and clear liquids the day before.
  5. I'm not getting sleeved in TJ but my date is december 22nd so you're just a couple days ahead of me

  9. Isopure has a low carb shake. They are delish! I do a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of cookies and cream. They have great flavor, are high in protein and low in fat and carbs. Good luck!
  10. Of course you can join in! The more the merrier! I'm having my surgery December 22nd for the same reasons as you. I have the holidays off so it just made sense to do it then.
