  9. Sooooo I'm officially one week post op. I'm down 28 lbs since the journey began. 13 of those lbs since surgery. So excited I fitted into a top with room that once didn't fit me

  13. I'm 5 days post op and haven't defecated since the morning before surgery. Is that normal? Any suggestions on what I should do

  15. Just relax. It is very nerve racking. But be prepared. I was in pain the 1st day. Still in pain 4 days post op. It comes and goes. You're gonna struggle drinking. Which is normal. Just take every day by day literally. In no time you will be "normal" again

  17. I had my surgery the same day. My stomach been growling alot. I eat soup and then it starts to hurt so I assume that means I'm full. But then 15 minutes later is growling. Eating a popsicle. Only thing that seems to be working. I try to drink protein in the morning and some at night. But I'm not getting the recommended amount in. Working on that
  18. I'm 4 days post op and I'm eating a Lil more. My stomach be growling but if i eat more than 3 spoons of soup my stomach starts to hurt. But then 15 minutes later it's growling again. And I ate applesauce, urrggh afterwards i felt the reflux of it on my chest.

  21. Question: I got my time of the month 4 days post op. Has anyone else experienced that? It's 2 weeks early.
  22. Question: I got my time of the month 4 days after surgery. It wasn't due for at least 2 weeks. Is that normal? Has anyone else experienced that?
