  1. *tell me* not talk me. Stupid random autocorrect.
  2. Just wondering if anyone has been on bcbs IL for insurance and can talk me if they made you jump through any hoops for approval. My surgeon's office made it sound like they just submitted everything after the 6 months and that was that. I asked if I needed a letter from my pcp, they said it wouldn't make much difference and wasn't required. It made me feel like they just know how to submit it so you have a high chance of getting approved (duh, lol) but I wanted to hear from other bcbs IL folks.
  3. No, not scared, Chelly. Thanks for the responses guys!
  4. Just started my 6 month pre-op process and originally I went in wanting the sleeve. However, the surgeon told me there is a higher chance for reflux and the need for the bypass procedure anyways. I just want to do this once, lol. Wondering what others have experienced??
