  1. I know how you feel my surgery was 3/12/15 I have lost 37 lbs so far but know that number should be allot higher. I just keep thinking what am I doing wrong. I know I get all my protein in. As for water I still need to work on that. I guess that may be my problem not enough water. I am also going to take it up a few notches on the exercise routine. I hope things start to pick up in your weight loss also. Sometimes I feel like the surgery is not working that they really didn't do it. Lol I guess we have all thought that one time or another.

  3. I am choosing the sleeve because I have a friend that has the band and hers has a leak in it and now has to be removed. My doctor also said that the company that makes the lap band has sold their company because of all the problems people were having with them and having to take them out. I myself want something more permanent. Of course this is my personal opinion. Hope this helps.????
