  1. November 3rd in Houston Tx with Dr. Turnquest????
  2. Hello my surgery is November 3rd and I am trying to get in the habit of logging my food, hydration and Vitamins daily before my surgery. If you use My Fitness Pal I would be interested in how you organized your page. I know you can customize up to 6 "meals" a day. How do you label them? I put Breakfast, H20/vitamins, lunch, H20/vitamins, dinner, h20/Vitamins. If you have labeled it a different way that has worked for you let me know. Do you use it with another weight loss tool like a bodybugg or fitbit ect. I have a bodybugg but they wont let you go below 1500 calories a day. If you have any other tips or info on My Fitness Pal I am a newbie so anything will help!
  3. @@Noragretz You weight loss has been slow...can you tell me how much you have lost so I can have an idea.
  4. I'm so glad you posted this! I have a BMI of 35 & I'm 5'2" 190lbs but also have Sleep Apena so my insurance is covering it. I am a little worried since my bmi is on the lower end (but still high) that my weigh loss will be much slower.
