  2. I guess I'm confused, I agree that there are pros and cons to all, but in the end we all have smaller stomachs, if we are all eating right and working out, shouldn't we be losing the weight. I don't like to be to,d the band is a waste of time, how so?
  3. Everyone has their opinion, but you have to do what's right for you. I hope you have much success.
  4. I'm on a two week liquid diet but I have 5 protein drinks a day. Everything else is clear liquids. I only cramped in my legs when I didn't drink enough water. Once I increased my water intake no more cramps.
