  1. I loss 20lbs in two weeks. Does that weight loss stay continually while I'm doing only liquids? For instance I'm on protein for 6wks. Will I lose 60 lbs? If I continue liquid for 8wks will I lose 80 and so on?
  2. I wanna be a certain size, not weight. I'm 5'10. I'd love to be a toned 12/14
  3. I miss alcohol too. I personally think you should wait until you've loss the wait you want to lose. Alcohol has is sugar and it'll kill your weight loss.
  4. It could be ketosis.Ketosis makes your pretty foul
  5. I'm really new too. I was sleeved 10/6. I think that starting off strict with weight loss goals is the way to go. I've loss 20lbs since the surgery. I also read that seeing personal goals is good way to stay on track. I've set goals like starting a weight loss vlog. I've been researching weight loss and coming up with info. Good luck!
  6. Blenderized soup is soup that you put in the blender to liquify the solids such as any veggies that came in your soup. If your on full liquids you can do creamed soups if you want. If you're gonna do heavier soups make sure you're watching calories. Creamed stuff is full of calories
  7. @@geelynn you're allergic to being stuffed. Just another benefit of the sleeve lol
  8. Yes I had the surgery last Monday. I stay hungry. I was wondering if it was mental hunger or genuine hunger. I'm drinking broth and I never get a full feeling, just indigestion. Thank you for your help!
  9. Is the indigestion feeling the full feeling?
  10. @@amp2014 I had really bad cramps. I was told it's because I'm drinking too quickly. It takes me about 3hrs to drink 4oz of grape juice.
  11. I'm sorry I took for ever to answer. I was sleeved Monday and I haven't been up to much. Dr Gerard Cahill performed my surgery. He is in evergreen park at the little company of Mary hospital. The hospital and Dr Cahill's team is great. They were friendly and kind even when I was hysterical. I would recommend them
  12. Oh this gas hurts. Any tips anyone? I'm in so much pain. I'm so nauseous. Idk what to do out side of walking
  13. I'm a new sleever looking for a mentor. I'll be sleeved 10/6/14. I'm going at this so blindly. I'm not sure which diet is the best. How to maximize weight loss and time. What kind of activities did you pick up? How did you get over your eating disorder?
  14. WL warrior I completely understand what you mean about viewing food in a negative way. I went through hat too. I'm notorious for binge eating. Some days I love every thing others I love nothing. One of the main reasons I'm so excited is we get to reprogram ourselves. We know everything is psychological. So we program ourselves that healthy foods and options are better than the not healthy stuff. And rewards can working out instead of snacks. So with help you can repair yourself.
  15. WL warrior the protein water is sold at Walgreen's. The isopure I bought from gnc. My brother said he found a protein water at gnc also. I haven't seen it though. Every time i to gnc im on a mission not really shopping
  16. I have protein water and isopure zero. I was told not to purchase much because I may find gross next wk
  17. I'm in Oct 6th and I have driven myself crazy with my nerves. I'm excited and nervous all at once. I can't wait to drop some pounds and get back to normal. At the same time this is a big commitment and a new journey.
