I'm Nov 5th. Started my pre-op diet today. It's been somewhat rough but I know after some of the detox process is over it should get better. It's my birthday week. Our daughters are fixing my bday lunch tomorrow but like I told a couple of people, ill be rocking the pre-op shake and healthy request cream of something soup with sugar-free jello for dessert! Lol! It's ok! A small price to pay for long-term health!

Hi, I'm nov 5th in Little Rock! Super excited super nervous!!! Not really sure how to maneuver this site just yet but would love to be a part of a November group!

I'm not in October but on nov 5th. I turn 50 next October and need to loose about 110lbs. Have told only my husband, kids and two close friends. I want to do this for my health and now that my kids are either married or in college it's time to focus on myself. I'm a bit nervous but super excited too. If I can figure this sight out I hope to connect with a few so we can support one another!
