  1. Hi Beni, Regarding what foods make me dump generally are greasy foods especially in restaurants or extremely rich foods like bisque or cake frostings. It varies and sometimes hits me by surprise. I do not get that side effect as often now like I did in the beginning. I hope this helps. Peaches
  2. Wow! I do hope your surgeon can help you and you will be able to swallow without difficulty very soon. I was fortunate and did not have this extreme side effect but at 10 years post-op I still have the occasional "food getting stuck" in my throat but I just sit and wait it out or I wind up vomiting if it is very badly stuck but have never had to go to the ER. I do still having "dumping" issues from time to time but I have learned which foods to avoid eating. Keep your chin up and hopefully this will be resolved very soon.
