  1. Thanks @@Miss Mac. My mom is a 3rd years post op sleever and she keeps telling me that this will pass. Its just hard to think I start soft food tomorrow and I'm at a stall. Im worried about adding the extras in tomorrow wont help me loose. I just dont want to gain.
  2. I have trouble getting my water in everyday. But I think my lack of water intake is more on chasing my twins than anything sleeve related. I am two weeks out today and have already hit a plateau. Do you think lack of water could be leading to my plateau? Help! TIA
