Nice! Good luck! When did you have surgery and if you don't mind me asking how much have you lost? I'm only a month and my band is just on right now, until my first fill December 2nd. I have lost 18 my first month and now I'm at a Plateau in my weight loss.

Hi there, Just turned my information into insurance. This is so new to me, I would love for some advise, or tips. Also, how long should insurance take? I understand everyone is different. I'm going through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. I'm hoping I can get this scheduled soon. Thank you in advanced!

I have my surgery on October 20th and I have a few questions. 1) How long is surgery? 2) Is there a chance of having excess skin after surgery and losing weight? 3) Do the fills and adjustments hurt? Thanks in advanced!

I didn't need to take my meds I wasn't uncomfortable at all.

Pretty good. I haven't had to take my pain meds at all. I'm a little sore, but that's expected.

I got banded Monday. I did not stay over night. I'm on liquids hopefully only a week.

I was banded Monday too, and I started to eat jello Tuesday. I just eat it with a baby spoon and make sure it is chewed up a little. -

When they send it in to insurance make sure you hound insurance! They work for you! You pay them!! I stayed on them and got approved with in a week! -
I stayed on top of insurance and got approved the next day!

MY INSURANCE FINALLY GOT APPROVED! Surgery is OCT 20th! Just ready for these next steps... If anyone has any advise thru these next few steps that would be great!

Thank you so much! Yeah my mom got gastric bypass, and she's been telling me to call at least once a week if not every other day to push them!
