I'm four weeks post-op, So i had this happen last night i bought a queso dip with small pieces of chicken, so i had like 4 bites last night and spent the whole night in the bathroom! The thing is everytime i eat chicken i feel the same thing! Its hard enough getting all the protein in , without chicken its gonna be hard.

I lost 20lbs 2 weeks postop, however, my doctor said it was a miracle and that i should expect it to slow down, because now im on phase 4, with solid foods already so it has slowed down bit, i have lost 7lbs in the last week

So I LOVE eggs, and was so excited to eat scrambled eggs come the third week post op. But when i tried to eat it, it hurt so so so bad. After, i swallowed the pain was terrible, and then my stomach just didn't tolerate it. Has anyone else had this happened? They weren't dry, i made them with cottage cheese so it would be hard. sad day
