Hi! I have never been able to keep my balance on a standard exercise ball, but I have a bosu ball and LOVE it - it's amazing! It's basically half of an exercise ball. There are so many things you can use it for, but I mainly do abs on mine.

Hi! They moved me back a day so I am now scheduled for September 23rd. When I started the process I had no comorbidities but was diagnosed with high blood pressure during my 6 months of supervised weight loss visits with my pmd. My pmd also thinks I have sleep apnea but my insurance won't pay for a sleep study. I have BCBS of AL and they required 6 months of supervised weight loss visits as well as a certain minimum bmi. I didn't get approved the first time but was the second time we sent in the paperwork. Feel free to pm me! Where are you in your journey?

Honestly, I'd love to just talk to ANYONE right now - been there, done that, about to do it, etc! I am having surgery September 22nd in Mobile, AL with Dr. Dusty Smith. I am loving this site. Looking forward to hearing from y'all!
